We are building an ADU in Kachina and Baderville currently. Kachina is new, out of the ground attached unit that is 616 sq. ft. with a kitchen and bathroom and an addition of a 8′ x 30′ deck out front to tie it all together. The one in Baderville is a existing two car two story garage that will have a bedroom upstairs as well as another place to sleep on the first floor.
